James Otten, DDS Accepts New Partner at Lawrence Office

We are extremely proud to announce the arrival of our new partner, Dr. Luke Ristow, to our practice. Dr. Ristow is an exceptional clinician, a thoughtful listener and a warm, caring personality.

Dr. Ristow graduated with honors from the University of Kansas before pursuing his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Missouri- Kansas City School of Dentistry. Before beginning at Dental School, Dr. Ristow worked as an intern in Dr. Otten’s office.  

“I knew that if I was going to join a practice, it had to be an exceptional one. It had to be a practice with a focus on relationships, a focus on treating jaw and dental concerns within the context of the whole person. If I was going to have a partner, I wanted it to be someone whose work I admire and whose practice I respected. Luckily, I had met exactly this type of dentist early in my career. The foundation of knowledge I gained working with Dr. Otten helped me excel in dental school.
